Check-in time is 4:30PM (Pacific Time) and check-out time is 11:00AM (Pacific Time).

No, with the exception of service animals. The San Luis Bay Inn does not allow animals in rooms or on property including inside vehicles. There will be fines if a animal is found. We recommend that you arrange for pet boarding/kennels prior to your arrival if you plan to travel with your pet.

We offer a free wireless (WiFi) connection throughout the resort. It is provided by Charter. Please see the front desk for details. We also have a business center computer available for free to use.

Since only a small percentage of our rooms are ocean view rooms; we try to be as fair as possible in our room assignments. All room requests are honored based on when your reservation was made.

Parking is free. We do not offer any valet service.
Being a highly sought after property, we generally run at or near full occupancy year round. We strongly suggest that you book your reservation 12 to 13 months out, or as soon as you know your vacation plans.
Your yearly maintenance fee only covers one full clean per year. Since you have split your week, your room will require an additional cleaning.
No, San Luis Bay Inn is a non-smoking resort.

The kitchens are equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, four burner stove top, oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, dinner ware and glasses for four to eight people (depending on the unit size); additional items may be available upon request.

We are securing a pre-authorization or authorization hold of $300.00 for rental guests only. This may appear as pending charge on your online banking website or application, but no monies will be removed from your card. We are verifying to make sure the account is active, in case of any unforeseen incidentals.

Lost and Found items are only kept for 30 days. You can call us at 805-595-2333 during 8AM to 8PM (Pacific Time) everyday or report lost items online at https://www.ileftmystuff.com/lostForm.php?cid=37969

We return Lost and Found items via Fed Ex and require a credit card to pay the postage charges.
